By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Terms. Any other terms, including the buyer\u2019s, are excluded unless agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Orders and Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All transactions are <strong>B2B (Business-to-Business)<\/strong> and available only to verified HFC franchise partners.<br>Orders are payable either in advance or within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery. Late payments will trigger <strong>automatic collection procedures<\/strong>, including legal steps and additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and Invoicing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices listed are <strong>exclusive of VAT<\/strong>, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time due to market fluctuations, taxation, or external conditions without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery and Acceptance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Goods are considered accepted upon receipt. Product details and allergen information are provided at the time of delivery. Mustafa Int Trade Sp z.o.o. is <strong>not liable for health or hygiene issues<\/strong> resulting from improper storage or use after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Returns and Complaints<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We <strong>do not accept product returns<\/strong>.<br>Complaints regarding damage or incorrect delivery must be submitted in writing within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receipt via email to <strong>Levering@hfcnederland.nl<\/strong>, including photographic evidence. Valid claims will be resolved by replacement or credit, at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As our operations are B2B and tailored for verified franchisees, we <strong>do not offer refunds<\/strong> once the order has been processed and shipped. Exceptions may apply only in cases of confirmed delivery errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Retention of Ownership<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Goods remain the property of <strong>Mustafa Int Trade Sp z.o.o.<\/strong> until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Force Majeure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to war, strikes, pandemics, transport issues, or supply shortages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mustafa-int Trade is not responsible for <strong>indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/strong>.<br>In any case, liability is strictly limited to the value of the order in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
